Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure & manage server hardware along with hardening.
• System setup with Windows/Linux platform with web, mail, database, DNS, IP telephony etc. with hardening.
• Periodic update and patch server, system.
• Maintain Cloud servers in different platforms like AWS, Azure etc. as and when required.
• Ensure security (CIA) of the entire server, system, application with security system, antimalware, DLP etc.
• Install, configure and manage solutions for antimalware, DLP, monitoring system, ticketing system, SIEM etc.
• Integrate all the server hardware and system to the threat detection system (NMS, SIEM etc.)
• Ensure Server Systems/Applications availability with agreed uptime.
• Ensure backup of server, systems, database, laptop, desktop.
• Incident and change report.
• Documentation (Build document, SOP, report etc.)
• Troubleshoot and Level Three support end user Software, Antivirus, OS related issues
• Manage Vendor for warranty and servicing of IT Equipments
